IPhone -Canadian Law Site Introduces 30 New Apps for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad


The Canadian Law Site has recently launched its website www.LawApps.ca. This new site features 30 Law Apps for the iPhone (News - Alert), iPod Touch and the iPad.
 
The applications will be a huge bonus for legal professionals, trustees in bankruptcy and other professionals who intend to be up to date with the law, according to Canadian Law Site officials. Some of the important apps include the Divorce Act including Child Support Amounts by Province, the Bankruptcy, Insolvency Act, and the Ontario Personal Property Security Act.
 
These law apps are designed in such a way that it can be accessed without the help of a WiFi (News - Alert) or an Internet connection. These apps are lightning fast and highly cost-effective when compared with conventional law books. Cost of the most expensive app is $9.99. Most of the apps cost $6.99 and the company offers five applications for free. These apps are organized in a perfect way that you can find references up to 10 times faster than with a traditional Act. It enables the users to copy and paste key sections to notes or to an email message in addition to bookmark key sections.
 
This Canadian Law site offers information in simple very easy to understand English. It covers more than 90 major categories of law which include history of law, a dictionary of legal terminology, and modern law. Apart from that, it offers links to Bar Associations, law courts, provincial government web sites, law schools, law societies and legal aid. Some of the company's Modern Law category includes aboriginal abortion, administrative, admiralty/Maritime, adoption, agriculture, antitrust/Trade, appellate practice, arbitration/dispute resolution, aviation/Aerospace, banking/business, bankruptcy/insolvency, clarity act, communications, constitutional, construction, and consumer protection
