According to a press release, iPhone (News - Alert) and iPod touch users can now have access to risk management dashboards directly on the devices, using the STARS Enterprise App. This also enables users to monitor key metrics, thereby helping in easing managing project tasks.

STARS Enterprise is CS STARS’ primary software platform supporting complete risk management, enterprise risk management (ERM) as well as compliance and safety management. It provides clients with tools for measuring as well as managing their financial, strategic and operational risk under a single, unified platform, which supports data collection, storage and analysis.

Officials with CS STAR (News - Alert) said that STARS Enterprise has integrated a complete set of auditing tools with Risk Registers, which enables a client to define as well as categorize critical business risks; measure metrics or thresholds; and manage follow-up mitigation efforts.

Moreover, STARS Enterprise for iPhone and iPod Touch leverages these devices’ inherent features such as automatically emailing a contact, updating project status, and accessing offline data. These feature helps the application to provide users with mobile access to their risk management data, says company.
