IPhone -Free Webinar Uncovers Smartphone Satisfaction Results

Smartphones are increasing in popularity among business users and consumers alike as these phones serve as more than just a device for placing calls, but are more like mini-computers for today’s connected users.

The emergence of the iPhone (News - Alert) and other popular smartphone devices are also pushing the envelope even further for increased uptake. But just how much are customers loving or loathing these smart devices? And which providers are winning the race?

A free Webinar, “Smartphones, Providers, and the Customers Who Love (and Loathe) Them,” sponsored by CFI Group will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 2:00pm ET, to uncover the results of the company’s 2009 Smartphone Satisfaction Study which used the methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to predict financial performance.

The Webinar will look at who wins the smartphone battle and why, as well as the ways new users differ from longtime users and what’s driving new users to smartphones.

Also guest presenters, Doug Helmreich, program director at CFI Group, and Philip Doriot Partner, vice president at CFI Group, will examine the growth and expansion of the smartphone, business users vs. consumers, and their effect on network providers.
