IPhone -Talk about a Fixer-Uper for Your iPod

Does your child want a new iPod or iPhone (News - Alert)? If so, ask them, “How does it feel to want?” An iPhone 3G with 8GB Memory from Best Buy costs $199.99 while an iPod touch 8GB MP3 Player is currently on sale for $218.49. Buying just one for those gadgets for a child from a family of four is depriving them of grocery shopping. What should one choose - food or music?

Families these days are looking to repair shops, opting to fix their expensive gadgets rather than just purchase a new one all together. Just put a little polish on it, it’ll look like new.

A company named, Milliamp has been in the iPod and iPhone fix-it business for almost four years now. With a do-it-yourself kit, customers can replace their iPod or iPhone batteries giving new life to their gadget.

Milliamp started as a little-known company selling iPod battery replacement kits and began incorporating all kinds of newer, improved iPod repair options. They’ve increasingly grown in popularity, too - now being ranked as one of the most tech-savvy and responsible companies out there. In addition to being mentioned as a reputable company.
"People have enough to worry about during the Christmas season - things like what new toys to get their children, family plans, Christmas dinner, work, and the insane traffic that seems to come out of nowhere. They don't need to add a broken iPod or iPhone to the list. That's what we're here for," says company founder, Anthony Magnabosco.

The company says that they are expecting high volume to their site this holiday season and are preparing for the weeks ahead.

“We are excited to be a resource to iPod and iPhone-carrying individuals who might find themselves trying to justify the high cost of a new model, as opposed to paying less to have their current model repaired," said Magnabosco.

Mangnabosco wants to make especially clear that his company is in NO WAY associated with Apple (News - Alert) Computer Inc., and “iPod” and “iPhone” are trademarks of Apple.
