Ifbyphone Conference Call is specifically designed to allow users to set up conference calls from their Internet-connected, multimedia mobile devices. It is available on iTunes App Store as a free download directly to an iPhone (

Alert) or iPod Touch and includes 100 free minutes of conference calling per month, with an option to upgrade for additional minutes.
