Savor the Best of Hawaii with the HI Nights App

Trying to figure out a fun place to visit in Hawaii? Finding it difficult to choose from among the plethora of restaurants, bars and nightclubs? Hawaiians and tourists, fret not, The HI Nights App will guide you through.

Dan Bowe, founder, HI Nights, elaborated on the app and said, "HI Nights is giving local businesses the power to keep their patrons in-the-know of the deals and night scene of their favorite spots in real-time, while helping the consumer stay knowledgeable about the nightlife in their neighborhoods."

HI Nights, an easy-to-use web service, launched with the aim of making real-time event and promotional information more accessible to visitors, helps Hawaiians and visitors to find the style of nightlife they are looking for instantly.

This easy-to-use mobile application features an interactive map and real-time photos and information that are posted regularly by restaurants, bars, event venues and the like in the area. All promotional news and instantaneous picture and text messages and any miscellaneous and relevant information called Nitecasts can be delivered to customers' smartphones.

Using the location-based services in the app, consumers can find Nitecasts that are in the vicinity or else search for the most popular haunts. Going one step further, consumers can subscribe to their favorite spots to receive notifications directly to their smartphones.

Thus, with the night scene getting easier to navigate, customers can keep track of discounts wherever and whenever they are offered, get information about their favorite events, learn about the other interesting happenings and even share all these Nitecasts with friends through the social media network.

HI Nights also allows travelers to receive weekly newsletters that inform them about all the events that are about to take place in the week. This enables them to plan their outings accordingly and decide on the “whats and whens” of their outings in detail. More than 20 local bars and restaurants in the Honolulu area are expected to participate and this number is expected to grow rapidly.

All users need to do is sign up to use HI Nights at the website or through the app. The mobile application is free of cost to consumers and is currently available for iPhone and Android (News - Alert) users.

In other news, My Vacation, a newly updated travel app developed by Jasper Apps for the iPhone (News - Alert) and iPad helps travelers document their experiences, sort and label their photos and even remember where they were taken. This app was voted as “Best App for Sharing Adventures” in O’Reilly’s Best iPhone apps book.
