Most of us know that slow Internet speed translates to slow page loads, and almost no possibility of VoIP calling. Is it happening to you also?
VoxOx (News - Alert), a service that manages all forms of cross-media communication for consumers, has presented a major update to its free mobile app, VoxOx Call for iPhone. This new application provides iPhone users with the option to make high-quality VoIP calls over 3G, 4G, LTE (News - Alert) and Wi-Fi networks.
VoxOx Call Connect works even if the data connection is poor or inconsistent in making calls worldwide.
The new version of the app also offers a variety of performance and usability enhancements related to its telephony features and overall program design.
The VoxOx Call mobile app is equipped with a number of functions, including two-way worldwide SMS with language translation, inbound and outbound faxing, Find Me call forwarding, voicemail transcription, on-call star commands that allow users to create multi-party conference calls, switch devices mid-call, digital call recording and more.
Earlier, the VoxOx Call mobile app was working on its callback (Call Connect) functionality for making phone calls, which utilized the traditional telephone network to initiate a call at VoxOx’s cheap worldwide calling rates.
Bryan Hertz, CEO at Telcentris (News - Alert), creator of VoxOx, said in a statement that Mobile VoIP offers consumers great benefits, of which perhaps the most significant is the ability to make and receive free or extremely inexpensive calls worldwide.
“As most VoIP apps rely heavily on a user’s bandwidth and data connection, we decided to offer our users the ability to toggle between VoIP calls and our popular callback functionality in order to make their connectivity seamless, regardless of their bandwidth or quality of data service at any given time,” he said.
