GreenStack, Inc recently announced that the greenstack, a free location-based savings app will make budgeting this holiday season a lot easier for shoppers. The free mobile app has been designed to guide shoppers to nearby restaurants that provide customers with active deals and discounts.

Users simply have to visit the App Store page to include the free greenstack app to their holiday savings plan via their iPhone (News - Alert), iPod touch or iPad devices.

Users of the greenstack app just need to launch the app on their iPhone which then automatically produces a list of restaurants offering multiple savings opportunities. The app also provides users with a map view of the restaurants irrespective of their locations. Information such as distance to each eatery and kind of deals is also included. If the user opted for memberships, loyalty and groups at the sign-up page, the app will pull up information on those discounts and offers as well. Additionally, the app also provides information on mall coupon offers.
