In the age of information overflow, music lovers suffer from a new kind of problem, one they would probably love to have forever. They are often faced with the problem of plenty. There is so much music and so many bands available from all over the world, that it takes a herculean effort to go through all the choices available and get the music they are looking for.
To overcome this problem, Sonarflow has introduced a new iPhone (News - Alert) and iPad app. According to the company, this new app helps the music lovers discover new music, and grow their personal music library in iTunes and the musical universe of about 28 million songs at the Apple (News - Alert) iTunes Store.
To discover music in iTunes directly on the iPhone and iPad, Sonarflow iTunes is a fun, simple and interactive way. With Sonarflow iTunes, it’s easier to find and download new bands and artists the music lovers love and they can do it with just a few quick taps, the company stated in a press release.
“Lists simply fall short of the almost infinite variety of the iTunes music catalogue. The colorful Sonarflow Bubbles are much better suited for discovering new music, as they enable the user to zoom in and open up more and more music levels. Sonarflow for iTunes unlocks a whole new musical universe in an intuitive and interactive way", says Thomas Lidy, CEO of Spectralmind, the company behind Sonarflow.
Recently, the company introduced an important new version of its popular Sonarflow app, specifically for Spotify (News - Alert) premium subscribers. The music discovery service suggests new music depending on Spotify's most popular artists and a user's preferred tracks. Currently available for download in the App Store, Sonarflow's free iPhone and iPad apps represent one of the most ambitious uses of the Spotify API for iOS to date.
