Pharos Announces First Ruggedized PDA with Windows Mobile 6.5

Today Pharos Science and Applications announced that they have begun shipment of the world's first ruggedized PDA based on Windows Mobile 6.5. The Pharos 565 represents Pharos' latest generation of Windows Mobile PDAs and offers many advanced features including built-in GPS navigation, 3.5" QVGA touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IrDA and RAW IR/SIR in a ruggedized Windows Mobile 6.5 PDA with a full QWERTY keyboard.
