Numara Software Wins 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award

Numara Software, Inc., a provider of service desk management solutions for IT professionals, announced that the Technology Marketing has named Numara FootPrints 9 as a recipient of the 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award.

Numara FootPrints 9 offers integrated service desk management, IT service management, and customer support management automation. It also gives mid to large-sized organizations the ability to centrally manage service desk processes within and beyond IT.
The Numara FootPrints Service Catalog provides a way for customers to view a list of services available and submit requests. Finally, Numara FootPrints 9 offers the Numara FootPrints Mobile module, which gives agents access to the service desk using the Web browser on their Microsoft Windows Mobile, RIM BlackBerry and Apple iPhone devices.
