Tom Keating, CTO of TMC and Executive Technology Editor for TMC Labs has over 10 years of experience within the call center industry and has been there since the birth of the Internet Telephony/VoIP industry. In fact, Tom helped to launch the industry's first magazine covering the VoIP industry and wrote the first product review of a VoIP product from VocalTec.
Tom holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Tom is well known for writing
